Do u believe in the theory of evolution?

From: Ernest

The basic theory of evolution is not sound. There really is no proof of it. In the beginning GOD CREATED. However after God created the heavens and the earth, including Adam and Eve, the nature of things was to evolve. We are in constant evolution. Evolution is growing and changing. Do you know of anyone that doesn't grow or change? If you do, I would be they are probably dead. Whether that growth and change comes mentally, spiritually, physically, it happens. And it can happen under the moniker of Evolution. The line "The evolution will be colorized" is quite multi-mirrored. People's evolution comes in many ways, shape or fashion. Life experiences, and more so how we react to those experiences, is what makes it colorized. Different colored people (but ultimately one race) have different colored experiences. THAT is truly a rainbow we can stare into for a long time. However, I would hope that our evolution, and our basic desire for change and a gaining of knowle! dge is all ultimately the same. Because it's that time that we hit the peak of beauty and becoming one, yet still staying individual to ourselves. Peace.

Take a clock and take it apart right down to the smallest piece, put it in a bath tub and wait a few thousand years....will it still be a bunch of pieces piled up in a bath tub or will it just poof all of a sudden come together and make a clock or any other thing.....i dont think so. Why is it that man has the intelligence to put another man on the moon but not the intelligence to look around them and figure out that the beautiful things around us didnt just happen to come about but had to be created by something full of love. Perhaps they are to busy creating things of hate such as guns and nuclear weapons to be able to see the products of love such as flowers, trees, etc around us.

Absolutely! If you look at the phylogenetic origins of species, it is completely evident that there are common ancestors to modern animals. One must only do a little looking into the past to see that evolution happens. It is not that difficult to trace the paths of the divergent evolution of ancient animals to multiple, different modern species. There are many examples of species on Madagascar and Galapagos that are not in existence anywhere else in the world. This is due to the fact that these animals were cut off from the rest of the world and evolved in relation to their surroundings. I am very thankful that the HMS Beagle sailed and many things were found!

evolvolution is indeed true but maybe not the way people think perhaps we came from outer space, it makes more sence than you'd imagine

I was just about to get into an arguement with someone who believes in the theory of creation the other night, however I held back and kept my comments to myself as I can't be so sure that the evolution theory is correct. So why should I put someone else down just because they believe in something different to me.

Other people's beliefs can only come from what they have been educated to believe. How can I believe in something that I have not yet been tought? How can someone else believe in exactly what I believe in if they have not had the same life experiences as me?

A priest may say that he believes in Christianity but he cannot believe in the same chistianity as I do because I havn't been tought as in-depth about his religion as he has.

Someone who has only been tought Buddism may not know what christianity has to offer and vise versa.

So how can one theory be believed in full by someone if there are so many others out there that we still can learn about and appreciate different aspects of.

The message I keep hearing in all reigions is the same "Treat others as you would like to be treated" If everybody lived by that single rule we would all be closer to the truth.
