Y2K - the end or the beginning?

From: HBPOWERS

The beginning of what? The plan for life on earth has been laid out in the bible. What I believe to be the best that we can hope and plan for in the next millennium is a saving of as many souls as possible. We have got to be prepared to meet our maker through Christ Jesus and think of the eternal significance of our behaviors, thoughts and actions. The suffering, chaos and disorder on our planet earth is here to stay, and this I am afraid, is just the beginning.

Y2k will be what we as individuals choose to make of it. Indeed, the date is purely arbitrary, as the it is only Year 2000 by the Western Calendar, which of course, is a man made calendar. We truly have no idea how many centuries have already passed, for all we know, this could be Y3K, or greater. The Chinese calendar has already had a "Y2k". The most important to do now, as with any other turning point, is to measure your past, and present, decide if the road you have followed is a good one, and determine if you are where you want to be. If you're not where you want to be, you'd best make some changes.

Both. A beginning always implies an end, as an end always implies a beginning. "The world is coming 2 a beginning." LoveOutLoud!

For everyone who believes in God knows He will never leave or forsake us. For us there will always be new beginnings. For those who don't know God their end came a long time ago. For them all change is an obstacle.

Life will go on and time will go on until the ultimate end. No one human knows the day or the hour. The question is... are we all getting our lives in order?
